You will get 6 modern tonics (approx 250ml each) plus your choice of 200ml Imbibis gin (choose from Clarity, Three Myrtles or Passion Pink gin). During the guided masterclass you will taste each tonic water and pair it with your chosen gin. Once the Masterclass is complete you will understand how tonic water may support or contrast with gin and why your choice of tonic water is an important consideration the next time you make a gin and tonic.

Our exclusive Friday Tours & Tastings invite you behind the scenes to discover the care, creativity, and craftsmanship that go into every bottle we produce. Whether you’re a gin lover, a vodka enthusiast, or simply curious about how artisan spirits are made, this experience offers something special for everyone.
Each tour is personally led by our Chief Distiller, Jason Hannay, whose expertise and passion are at the heart of everything we do. With decades of experience in the beverage industry, Jason brings a wealth of knowledge and a warm, approachable style to every tour. You’ll gain rare insights into the traditional techniques and modern innovations that make Imbibis one of Queensland’s most exciting and awarded small distilleries.
The experience begins with a guided tour of our boutique distillery in Bundamba, Ipswich, where all our spirits are handcrafted in small batches using locally sourced botanicals, fruits, and wine. As you walk through the distillery, Jason explains each stage of the process—from ingredient selection from distillation to bottling. You’ll see our stills up close and learn how temperature, timing, and technique play critical roles in the creation of flavourful, well-balanced spirits.
This is not just a technical overview—it’s a window into the artistry of spirit making. Jason shares the stories behind our signature products, such as our Jacaranda Gin, made with butterfly pea flowers for a beautiful purple hue and a hint of floral character, or our Davidson’s Plum Liqueur, inspired by the bold, tart native fruit of the same name. You’ll also discover our Imbibium Vodka, triple-distilled and triple-filtered for a crisp, clean finish, as well as any limited seasonal or experimental releases we may have on offer.
After the tour, sit down and relax as Jason leads a guided tasting session, where you’ll sample a carefully selected range of Imbibis spirits. Each tasting is designed to take you on a sensory journey—from aroma to finish—highlighting the depth and diversity of flavours we create. Whether you prefer your spirits neat, over ice, or with a splash of tonic or soda, this is the perfect opportunity to explore what you enjoy and perhaps discover a new favourite.
