We have become known for our range of gins and brandies, and the odd rum, but Jason wanted to explore the realm of Agave based spirits to keep his skills in fermentation ticking over. After a little experimentation and research and development we have made an agave-based spirit that is reminiscent of Tequila but made in that silky smooth Imbibis style. Also, in keeping with our small batch ethos, the first batch is only 135 bottles.
