This limited release Summer gin was inspired by a Thai cooking experience in Port Douglas back between lockdowns in 2020.

Think flavours of locally sourced kafir lime and lime and home-grown lemongrass, with sweetness from local pineapple and heat from Dorrigo pepper leaf and a little home-grown chilli all rounded out with a little anise myrtle giving a Thai basil twist.

This gin is balanced and super smooth but no slouch and sits at 48% ABV. 700ml
