This is our limited release Heritage City gin. Developed with the help of Ipswich residents and Imbibis customers. We wanted to portray the diversity of ingredients that this great region has to offer.

17 botanicals skilfully blended and distilled in our copper pot still. This gin is complex and super smooth. Great sipping neat over ice or create a memorable gin and tonic with Long Rays original.
