Shiraz Brandy single cask 700mL (Barrel Strength) with bespoke packaging

The jewel in our crown is our Shiraz brandy single cask, Barrel strength.

Matured for over 3 years in cask 54-03, there is only 6 bottles in this extremely limited edition. Made more exclusive with our own hand made bespoke packaging. Copper and timber give a warmth and a sense of sophistication. The lid has a dual purpose. It can be used as a coaster for your brandy balloon.

As a salute to the excellence of the produce of South-East Queensland, we have sourced and used the very best Shiraz grapes for our single cask brandy.

The aroma is enticing and reminiscent of a fine European spirit. The flavour is powerful and complex. Hints of dried dark fruit combines with notes of vanilla, caramel and roasted almond. These flavours meander with the Shiraz spiciness of cinnamon and nutmeg that culminate in a wonderfully long complex finish. The alcohol heat is silky smooth and warms the soul. This brandy has come straight from the barrel and is at its best at this alcohol level. 60% alc/vol.
