Shiraz Brandy 700ml Cask 4

Our first cask of shiraz brandy took out a silver medal at the Australian Distilled Spirits Awards, our second a silver in London, and our third recently receive a bronze medal at the Australian Distilled Spirits Awards. Say hello to cask 4 – we think it’s the best so far!

Matured in small format French and American oak barrels for three years and five months, this beauty was then finished for two months in a single barrel that contained honey mead for 27 years. Delicious! This is really something else. A quality gift for someone who really appreciates the finer things in life and loves a good brandy. This has resulted in a wonderful complexity with floral notes and fruit cake richness complementing the spicy Shiraz characters. It finishes warm due to is 46% ABV but is silky smooth.
