Clarity Gin (200ml)

Clarity Gin (Modern Australian) 200mL

Meet our award winning modern Australian gin – Clarity.

Hand made with a wonderfully complex and enticing aroma. The flavour is rich and generous. Led by juniper and citrus, the taste meanders through to the floral notes of lavender, callistemon, and galangal. Locally foraged lemon myrtle provides mid-palate freshness after which is a spicy, long finish of cinnamon, turmeric, nutmeg, clove, and star anise notes. The palate is silky smooth and belies its 42% ABV strength. Pairs with Long Rays Citrus tonic to bring the citrus to the fore or Long Rays soda for a spicy twist.
