This is our take on the classic London Dry gin, but we’ve used some Australian native ingredients to give this gin the flavour of the Queensland bush.

Juniper dominant, the traditional coriander seed, angelica root, orris root and licorice root is given the Aussie twist with lemon myrtle, cinnamon myrtle, anise myrtle, dorrigo pepper leaf, and local olive leaf to create a dry savoury gin that is perfect for mixing.

We recommend Long Rays Original tonic for a classic G & T or add some citrus notes with Long Rays Citrus tonic.
